Salsa Macha

Spicy & smoky Salsa Macha with chillies. Delicious with tacos, in soups, on eggs, in mayonnaise.



List of Ingredients

  1. Tio Pablo Guajillo chillies

  2. Tio Pablo Arbol chillies

  3. Tio Pablo Ancho chillies

  4. Tio Pablo Peanuts

  5. Tio Pablo Mexican Oregano

  6. Apple Cide Vinegar

  7. Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Heat 2 cups of olive oil and add 4 cloves of garlic and 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds.

  2. After 1 minute add chopped,de-stemmed and de-seeded chillis (leave a few seeds if you’d like extra heat).

  3. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until chillis start to brown and remove from heat.

  4. Place mixture into food processor with 1/4 cup peanuts, 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 3/4 tsp sea salt and 1 tsp Mexican Oregano.

  5. Blend all until you have a nice, chunky consistency
