• Tio Pablo only ships to addresses within New Zealand and the prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars only.

• Tio Pablo offers free shipping on orders of $25 or more. For orders below this amount, there is an $8 shipping fee.

• Order arrival depends on the time of order placed, product availability, and destination. Please contact us to track your order.

         

ON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS:

• Please check the received goods against the packing slip within 7 days of receiving.

 Refunds and Returns

• Tio Pablo will refund an order if contacted within 7 days of purchase. Tio Pablo will not pay for the shipping costs of returning products.

• Tio Pablo will refund or return or replace product/products and will pay for shipping costs only if the product/products turn out to be damaged.
