Tío Pablo Enchilada Duo
Enchiladas, a traditional Mexican casserole, features a tortilla rolled around succulent fillings of cheese, seasoned meats and herbs and covered in a rich, sauce. 
 
Our green enchilada sauce features tomatillos, spinach, capsicum and Jalapeño, with a medium spice level.  
 
Our spicier, red sauce, brings together the full measure of Mexican flavours:  the subtle liquorice, plum and bittersweet taste of dried Ancho and Pasilla Chillies.
 
Both sauces are plant based (if you are after a vegan cooking option) and gluten free.
