Enchiladas, a traditional Mexican casserole, features a tortilla rolled around succulent fillings of cheese, seasoned meats and herbs and covered in a rich, sauce. Our green enchilada sauce features tomatillos, spinach, capsicum and jalapeño, with a medium spice level. Our green enchilada sauce is both plant-based and gluten free.
