One of Mexico’s most popular iced drinks is made from the beautiful hibiscus blossom. Producing a ruby glow when boiled, and combined with freshly squeezed lime juice and organic sugar, hibiscus offers a colourful and exotic twist to the traditional margarita. Fresca Rosada can also be combined with white wine for Sangria or blended with ice as a sorbet.
