Fun to make, Mexican folded wrap

DIRECTIONS
- Cook up onion with lean mince (add 3 TB of Mayan Gold to 500g of mince)
- Slice lettuce and chop tomatoes and onion. Grate Edam or Colby cheese.
- Place one tortilla in a frying pan and warm for 1-2 minutes until hot to touch (but not stiff).
- Place hot tortilla on a plate and fill with meats, bean, and other filling. Fold two sides together and eat by hand.

- Mexican rice
- Mexican beans
- Scrambled eggs
