Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)
INGREDIENTS
1 Can La Costena Tomatillos, (800g)
½ cup White Onion, chopped
½ cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
1 Tbls Lime Juice
1 Jalapeño Pepper, fresh, seeded
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a food processer
- Blend until finally chopped and mixed
- Season to taste with salt
- Serve with tortilla chips or over tacos
