Refried Bean Nachos
Fun to make, even more fun to eat

Refried Bean Nachos

DIRECTIONS

  1. Scatter plain, home-made tortilla chips over the base of a large oven-proof baking dish
  2. Spoon in refried or whole beans as desired. Scatter cherry tomatoes, slices of jalapeño peppers, scallions, and grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Repeat and finish with a good layer of cheddar cheese on top. Place under a grill, pre-heated to 200C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
